What does your estate plan need?
Hired Greg to help with my mother’s estate. He explained the process and was there through probate court. He was very informative and helpful. After the process was over, he helped with my estate planning and setting up a trust. Would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

Mr. Port helped me out of a very bad situation years ago when I was in a much different place in my life, and was completely nonjudgmental. He seems to be very knowledgeable about a wide range of things and has always been very responsive. It has been 4 years since I turned my life around completely, and over that four years he has continued to be there for me when I need legal advice or just have random questions. Most recently, he helped get my old felony charges (from when I was young and dumb), exponged. I can finally move on and put that chapter in my life behind me. Greg Port helped my company win a suit after a much larger company decided not to pay their bills. He spent many hours in depositions and in the courtroom just to make sure that I would not be bullied by a larger corporation with large pockets. I would be shocked if anyone else would take on this case due to the small size of the suit. After hearing my story he was upset with the way I was treated. His percentage of the suit was terribly small compared to the amount of hours he put in both the courtroom and behind the scenes. We won the suit and he even took on the Appeal from the defendant. I will forever be grateful for his work on the case.

I cannot say enough great things about Port Legal! A friend of mine recommended their law firm when I needed to create a special needs trust for my autistic twin brother and they made what could have been an otherwise very daunting process, easy, efficient, and above all, affordable. They explained all the incremental steps along the way, including how to properly alert Social Security, as my brother receives SSI benefits, and how everything was filed in accordance with the law. I learned so much and felt very supported when Social Security reached out needing additional documentation and Port Legal provided everything I needed, including a letter they wrote explaining the situation. Now my brother is all set up with a trust fund and his supplemental income is still in place. I also want to give a shout out to Lauren Wheeler, who went so above and beyond not only providing all the necessary documentation, but adding an empathetic aspect to the whole situation, making me feel I wasn’t alone in this process and that they would be there for me if anything went wrong. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise, with Port Legal on my side, I was able to sleep better through this entire process.
